Anthropon is a workflow-first HR management platform built for organisations with 50–2,000 employees. It eliminates manual HR processes through intelligent automation, giving HR teams a single source of truth for people data, leave, documents, and approvals — all without enterprise-level complexity or cost.
Techxil was engaged to design and engineer the entire product from the ground up — architecture, backend API, frontend web application, multi-tenant infrastructure, security model, and third-party integrations. The platform achieved SOC 2 certification and has a 99% uptime SLA.
The Challenge

Workflows trigger automatically based on HR events, eliminating manual coordination entirely.
People & Leave Management
A complete employee directory with live org charts, role history, and self-service profile management. Leave management supports multiple leave types with business-day calculations, team-level calendars, and multi-level approval workflows — all synced with payroll data export for clean month-end processing.
Document Management & Security
Encrypted document storage for contracts, offer letters, and compliance documents — with expiry tracking and automatic renewal reminders. Security is built on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication, and a complete tamper-proof audit trail covering every action taken in the system, satisfying SOC 2 requirements.
Integrations & API Platform
A fully documented REST API enables integration with any payroll, ATS, or communication tool. Native Slack integration delivers workflow notifications and approvals directly in Slack. Bulk CSV import supports migrating employee data from any existing system in minutes — enabling the sub-5-minute setup time.
Multi-Tenant Cloud Architecture
AWS-native infrastructure with tenant-level data isolation ensures each customer's data is completely separated. Auto-scaling application containers handle usage spikes without manual intervention.
